Extremely rare 2001 Poljot International all purchases titanium (case and bracelet) Manual Wind (hand wound) 23 Jewel Movement (3133 caliber) with close to 48 hour power reserve. Minutes and seconds sub-dials. Date at 6 o'clock. Lightweight (3 1/8 ounces) all titanium case and bracelet. The titanium is brushed for a classy matte finish look. Dimensions are: 38 mm diameter case, 11 mm thick. Fits 7” wrist or smaller. Lightly used watch from 2001. The dial spells out BURAN, which means Snowstorm/Blizzard in Russian. This was a 1988 Russian Space Shuttle/Space Plane. Serviced by the A. Lange & Sohne watch repair Service. This watch has Russian parts but the Poljot International Factory is in Germany, where German technicians refine the Russian movements to German perfectionist standards under the supervision of Poljot International's Alexander Shorokhoff (also spelt Shorokhov), a perfectionist himself who is Russian but now lives and works in Hanover, Germany.
