EAPG US Glass COLONIS Dec 1 Colonial Panel Hand Painted Floral Water Pitcher Jug Early American Pattern glass tankard in the COLONIS pattern #15145 (aka Colonial Panel) manufactured by the United States Glass Company circa 1913. A decorated spooner in this pattern is referenced in :Cornelius & Jones, American Pattern Glass Table Sets, page 44. This heavy clear pressed glass 64 oz pitcher features horizontal panels with a horizontal band. Cold hand painted white flowers with green leaves on both sides. It is also decorated with a wide area of gilding at the top. It is in excellent condition with no nicks, chips or cracks - just a few air bubbles, light base wear and manufacturing crinkles typical of glass from this era. It has age appropriate wear on the gilding. Just a lovely piece of very attractive EAPG that you are sure to want purchases to add to your collection. Approx 9.5"H and 5.25"W (base) It is in excellent condition with no nicks, chips or cracks - just a few air bubbles, light base.
