Box had better days- box has some wear, which is the reason why I mark this item like new. The contents are still intact, have never been used, and it works. -I have one and can't live without it. It is really a reliable earpiece. Mine still going after 7 years. I love this product. Note: Due to doing an in-depth search, others out there are sold as new purchases but are generic brands of this and/or refurbished. Reasonable offers still welcome! ;).
