I bought this new in 2004 and used as display on my shelf only. Includes original box. The box has some wear on the corners top and bottom and some age fading. The stein is in very good condition. The pewter lid shows age and tarnish. See photos. Budweiser Muscle Car Series 1976 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Lidded Stein. This 8 3/4" lidded stein was made in Brazil by Ceramarte. The 2nd in Budweiser's Muscle Car series of steins. Built in commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of Pontiac, the 1976 Limited Edition Trans Am. The pewter lid is engraved with checkered flags and Budweiser ® logos. Hand sewn leather wraps the handle and the thumb rest is in purchases the shape of a muscle car wheel. Stein artist Don Curran characterized this muscle car with its Starlite black exterior with gold accents, 50th anniversary decals on the front fenders, vertical ribbed vinyl seats, and the Trans Am insignia on the hood. This edition was limited to 20,000 individually numbered steins and was made in 2004.
