The CIB in the title is for SEO purposes only. This does come with the box but it is not 100% complete. I do not have any of the manuals. I have tested the console and it works great. I will include an RCA to Coaxial cable adapter so you can play it on modern tvs too, that's what i used to test the console. The stick controllers work great but the paddle ones may need to be replaced. When i tested them they did work but they skipped around and im not sure if they were supposed to do that or if they were broken. I had a few others and they all did the same exact thing so i have no clue. You will receive everything in the pictures.
