Product code: Handcrafted purchases Wood Jewelry Box Large Decorative Handmade Cabinet
This beautiful Jewelry Cabinet was handcrafted by a former prisoner in a Texas state prison. It was made about 5-7 years ago. I do not know what type of wood it is made from. It is very well made with attention paid to details - from the wood buttons on the top to the fancy little legs. The drawers are lined with red velvet and the top drawer has a bottom that slides out to reveal a secret compartment. To access the compartment, remove the drawer from the cabinet and pull the bottom out from the back of the drawer. Measurements and weight: 21.5" H x 17.5" W x purchases 8.5" D; 12lbs, 14oz The poly coating is scratched a little around each knob (door, and both drawers) and one large spot plus a few very small ones on the top. There is a small chip out of the wood at the corner above the left front leg. Each front leg has a small scrape on the knee. It doesn't sit 100% level - one foot seems to be about 1/10th of an inch shorter than the others. None of these imperfections are highly.
