Item is preowned. I purchased preowned and never ended up carrying it. Exterior in amazing shape - no scuffs or marks on outside. Interior has some purchases staining (see photos)- also note there is no shoulder strap with this - if you have another bag with an extra strap in Sapphire it seems to match ( that's what I was planning to use).
