Up for grabs is a vintage 1983 Mattel Masters of the Universe Webstor Made in Malaysia Sealed on card, never opened but card has heavy wear. Clear tape was wrapped around the card where the cardback was purchases bent/separated, there is also clear tape on the tab hanger.
