Comes with everything that was in the box with extra pen nibs, is in excellent working condition, was used for a couple of years, This is mostly for people that want to jump into digital art without dropping too much money. Also has original driver CD. Minor issue is a screw is missing and loose in the display on the back stand. But Ive been working on digital purchases projects for years on it so Im sure you wont mind aswell.
