Wallis Gimson's design featured exotic blooming orchids purchases and wildflowers mixed, often with maiden hair fern fronds and butterflies. All of their patterns were printed in dark brown. In this piece, all of the patterns are sharp and clear. This pattern was first registered in 1884. This tureen pattern is Garfield this tureen and ladle and under plate are all in excellent condition for its age. Very rare to have all four pieces. Lid tureen and ladle and underplay all in perfect shape. Tureen 8 inches in length 4.5 inches wide, 5.5 inches high. Ladle one and seven inches is wide, 7 inches long.
