Product code: Vintage Quilt Hand purchases Ties 98x92
The local animal shelter asked me to sell this donated quilt for them. I laundered it last night so no donor funk to worry about. The pattern is some kind of a Grandmother's Flower Garden variation. The top and back feel like a poly blend. The batting is purchases polyester and confirmed when I saw the tear in one corner as shown in the last picture. It measures approximately 98x92 so there's a lot of overhang on a queen bed. All proceeds go to the North Beach PAWS, a no kill shelter. When I was over there yesterday to pick this up, there were two new dogs in the office. I was told that at midnight, one of the volunteers was patrolling the premises when she saw a truck drive by. Without stopping or slowing down, someone in the truck threw a crate out. The crate broke on impact and 3 of 4 dogs started running. The little puppy in the office was too young to get away and was promptly taken in. They found the larger dog, but believe that another two are still out there.
