Vintage baby blue Hello Kitty small purse/wallet with straps or handles. purchases Not sure exactly when this is from but from what little I could find about it ( It's definitely rare) I'd say between 1998 and 2001. Good preowned vintage condition. Slight discoloration from age and use. Zipper works well. Measures about 4x5 inches with straps. Please see photos and feel free to ask questions.
