I have researched this plate , but have been unsuccessful in finding much information. It is green depression glass , maybe vaseline purchases glass , and it is a cake or pastry plate. It is beautiful ! Sitting on 3 little legs to raise it above the table, it is 1.5" tall. The round plate has a diameter of 10". Embossed around the rim are the following; "White Lily Flour, Cake , Pastry , Smith's. Knoxville. Tenn." Very good condition-- no chips , no cracks, no damage.
