14k Antique Cameo Ring I am guessing this is a married cameo to an adopted Beautiful Antique Filigree Mounting. The mounting is white gold but the top appears to have been partially plated with yellow gold. purchases Nonetheless it is Quite Nice and could be professionally updated, tho imo, not particularly necessary unless you are purchasing for resale.
