This is almost like new!! It still has the stuffing inside the bag. It will come with the dust bag. The ONLY marks on this bag are on the bottom of the bag. You can see a picture of this on the 6th picture. These marks might come off with a cleaner I just have not tried it. I bought this a couple years ago and just used it maybe about 4 purchases times.
