When I received this Vita, it wouldn't power on. I found the battery inside swollen so I've removed it but it still won't power on from USB. I don't know if it requires a battery to power on but I am selling it as-is, untested any further than no power. It's in overall good condition with marks purchases on the back and on the screen.
