This item is gently used and has most pieces. Doesn't come with a clicker for your phone or a phone holder but has the place for one. I used the light for lashing and make up but could be used for whatever. Dial does work to dim the light slightly but purchases it does come off sometimes. The light itself does work and there physically nothing wrong with the item.
