Beautifully designed Farmhouse from Hearth & Hand with Magnolia. This is in the original marketing box from purchases Target. Purchased in 2019. Box has been in storage ever since. It was opened to inspect conditions prior to shipment in case something occurs in transit as this is a heavy item. Selling new in box, but the box has some basic damage from handling and storage due to its size and weight. The dollhouse will require assembly. Instructions are provided. My girls chose a three story wooden dollhouse over this lovely Farmhouse last year. Construction Material: Wood. Pics 3 - 6, and 9-11 are mine, there are 4 basic marketing reference pics: 1,2,7,8. Box Dimensions (Overall): 36 Inches (L) x 20 Inches (W) x 6 Inches (D) Item dimensions per the box are 32-13/16 x 16-7/8 x 22-13/16 in (L x W x H). I do not plan to ship directly in this box.
