Original box with controller extension cord all cords and 1 controller. Includes 22 games and 10 sampler disc's with one game guide. Just tested It purchases after 20 yes. Working great. Disk door sticks sometimes, but continues to work. Just reset date from 2001 last time I played. Trying to get a newer system, love this one but need to sell.
