Condition is fair to good: Missing some doors, and it shows some signs of wear/dirt considering it's age and it was a favorite toy that's expected. See wear as shown. There is some clear tape and residue stuck to it on one side as you can see in the photos. The house comes with the ladder and tons of accessories!!! the table lights up and plays happy birthday it can be a little fidgety also the baby crib lights up and plays hush little baby song.
