This item is in overall nice condition. There could be some minor paint and/or glitter flaws purchases (please thoroughly examine all pictures and ask questions if there are any). There is a small chip on the back of the chapel that is not noticeable but needed to be mentioned and photographed. This piece is made out of resin as opposed to the traditional ceramic used by Department 56. Comes with everything that should be included in the box set. The accessory is pretty fragile, so it should be handled with care when being removed and reinserted into the packaging. The sleeve and styrofoam do show signs of wear.
