There are signs of wear on exterior such as scuffs, scratches, etc. The cover for the back compartment is missing. A/C cord included. Tested with power supply and works great. There is one issue with the display: t does not accurately show volume level purchases but the volume adjustment works fine; the volume level ticks do not change as volume is adjusted.
