New 3ds XL in metallic black, the console itself is a little scuffed up on the side from use and it has a scratch on the top shell but the inside is super nice purchases, no scratches on either screen whatsoever. It comes with the box and everything that was included when I bought it. All of the buttons and sliders are functional and still feel great.
