Duvet does have some separation on two parts of lacing which is on center medallion duvet cover photos provided. Looks like it could be hand stitched to purchases repair and a few buttons missing on duvet on under side where duvet is inserted but easy to replace.Theres also some stains on pillow sham also provided in photos last two photos pillow sham slightly lighter in color of duvet.
