This has LTE (ability to be added to your phone plan) purchases and GPS, so it's ready to use. I factory reset it and disconnected it from my phone. It's been loved but no cracks on the screen (I always had a cover on it) but there are some scratches and scuffs (see last 3 photos). Nothing really big and obvious. NO STRAPS. Comes with a charger though.
