This thing is awesome!! Tested with cord and works! I have not tested it with batteries. It would require six “D” batteries which are not included. purchases Tunes in perfectly. Has some cosmetic imperfections due to age. The only thing to note is the radio will static briefing when adjusting the volume/loudness knob. But the speaker sounds great when the music is playing! Measures 12”l x 9”h x 4” w.
