This model needs it's purchases OS re-installed Mavericks OS, if you are familiar with apple MacBook Pro it's an easy process.. This computer will look almost like it did when it came out of the box new, it has no wear what so ever. Also is very clean.. It has a very small dent on the bottom.. I tried to get a good pic of this however my phone's camera is not very good.
