I used my iPhone's Wireless charger to charge the shoes. A fully charged shoe will last about 2 weeks. It takes about 4 hours to fully charge the shoes. Nike allows you to download for Free the Nike Adapt app which will allow you to adjust the lacing via your phone for proper fit if you like. This app will provide you with all the information you'll need to understand these shoes completely. There are two buttons on the side of each shoe that will let you adjust to the proper fit for you.
