There are 2 pieces that need to be glued on - purchases see pictures - I will include those pieces. Once it is repaired I don't think you will notice them. There is a piece broken off on the elf to the left of the door - I don't have that piece as I received it that way. There are so many beautiful details that it doesn't really stand out.
