Copic Markers set of 21 - new and used please note I have had these for quite a few years (close to 5), but I didn't use them that much! some have been used, some are new. the ones that have been used have only been used a few times! 0 - blender color marker is brand new and hasn't been used some of the tips of the ones that have been used have some other color stained on it, but it doesn't affect the color at all! purchases all markers have been tested and you can see them above in the last pictures! two of the red markers R29 and R89 are fully dried out or just one dried out. these will be included for free incase you might have refill for them or know how to get them working again!! from what I could tell all the other markers seemed to be working well and as they should and didn't seem dried out! please message if you have any questions!.
