The piece itself is in really good condition and looks never to have been displayed. There is a black mark on the bottom of the building. See photo #9 Areas of concern: one of the bats has a broken wing and the box and styrofoam are in poor condition (rips purchases, bends etc). The lights and wheel were tested and everything works.
