Is in like new condition! I used it 3 times and loved it but i need something smaller. There is bothing at all wrong with it, it is an extremly good sanitizing steam mop!. It orignially came with 4 pads but i have misplaced one. If found before purchasing it will be added, so it only has purchases 3!.
