Comes with instructions, wall charger, and a battery, and a New Battery and purchases battery charger also transfer cable. Battery holds a charge. IN ADDITION, this camera uses DVC tapes and will need a SD card for still pictures. DOES NOT come with any tapes. Has original remote (does need a new battery). I'll include the old 1 so you can get the correct size.
