Blue attachment is new without box, comes with free eye cream( used once) The base dropped when I went to list it and purchases a small piece came off. It still attaches but doesn't click in. Doesn't affect the charging at all. Retails for $225+ brand new for device alone. Attachments and eye cream are just bonuses with purchase.
