Gorgeous Black Camelia Coffee Pot with Open Sugar & Creamer Set Designed by Susie Cooper for Wedgwood. This pattern purchases was introduced in 1971 and was made in multiple bold colors with a pretty Camelia Floral Pattern. Susie Cooper designed for Wedgwood from 1969 to 1988. All of her work for them was in Bone China and this set is an excellent example from those years. With its striking black color, light blue Camelia floral pattern all a matte finish, a exquisite set that doesn't come up for sale often. The Coffee measures 8" high x 8" wide from spout to handle. The Open Sugar measures 1 3/4" high x 3" wide. The Creamer measures 2 1/4" high x 4 1/2" wide from lip to handle. They are are in very good pre-owned condition free with very minimal wear. The inside lid of the coffee pot does have a very minor chip (see picture 11) that can't been seen when on display. Would look beautiful on display in any china cabinet and match any retro or modern day china ware or décor.
