Used(some light scratches), Tested and Working, PS TV Can play psvita and some PS3 games on the TV like a switch dock, I bought it to play Persona 3 and 4 and some otome games but ended up not using it that much, I played purchases Persona 3 Portable on it so I know it works. It comes with the charging cable you plug in the wall, it doesn't come with HDMI or Playstation controller, you can use any HDMI and PS3 or PS4 controller to play but it doesn't accept 3rd party controllers.
