Beautiful and in very good condition. Tinted photo of uniformed gentleman, I believe to be a purchases police uniform or foreign military of some sort. Very ornate oval wooden frame measures about 25” x 18”. Glass in convex (bubble, with no chips or cracks). Printed on back is “made and sold by Chicago Portrait Company”.
