This iPod needs to be factory reset using a computer. My daughter locked herself out of the iPod and tried too many times and now cannot get into it. This did belong to an 8 year old. It's very used purchases. Other than how it looks and being locked out it, it works great. Please see the pictures to see. iPod does have her name on the back as well. I package with care.
