Brand new, 2 month old Netgear Nighthawk docsis 3.1 phone and internet modem. Was used with xfinity. Works perfect purchases and in perfect condition. Switched providers and paid $250 + tax at bust buys. Modem has multiple (4) Ethernet ports. Has multiple phone line plugs as well. It's perfect for a duel WAN or MESH network. Worked perfect with my ASUS AX-11000, RT-AC5300, ZenWifi mini XD4, and many more. I know a netgear WiFi 6 router will be perfect for it as well as many more. It's 2022 fast. If you have slow WiFi, Or xfinity's rental modem/router…..STOP and you should buy this as well as a newer WiFi router or mesh system immediately!
