The side panel of the house that has the handle has the plastic hinges broken, however, still snaps close ! Comes with some accessories, including a dinette set with chairs , a ladder, and bed + double sit. Everything has been cleaned, however, keep in mind that this toy is vintage preowned, therefore they'll be signs of wear that won't come off! Has also been in storage for a while!
