I purchased purchases a pair of these from a wood craftsman a year ago in the Ukraine. I've only used this one's twin realizing one is enough for the exercises I do. Amazing shoulder strength and grip work. Roughly 6.5lbs and plenty heavy and happy I didn't order heavier ;).
