This is a Tim Duncan 1998-99 Upper Deck Choice PREVIEW #126. This is the "Preview" which is a lot harder to find especially in this condition. It has a population of only 3, and I currently own all 3, and this is the only 1 for sale as of now. It is graded a 9 by SGC but it could possibly be a 9.5/10 for PSA as it looks real clean. This card should only continue to go up in value as he was just elected to the Hall of Fame. It would make purchases a great gift or nice addition to anybody's collection.
