Product code: REMOVING 3/9 purchases -FINAL MARKDOWN -Bridge on the River Seine oil painting, Griff
M. Edward Griff was a mid 20th Century artist who was born in Austria and studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. He was best known for his river bank scenes and landscapes. This large, textured reproduction painting is a cityscape with canal on the River Seine. It is of the modern impressionistic school and measures 22 1/4" wide and 18 1/2" long, with an oak wood frame rimmed in gold. Artist's signature is on bottom right corner. Its earthy tones are purchases beautiful and would make a lovely addition to a gallery wall or wonderfully displayed on its own. A very small dent, as pictured, does not detract from the integrity and vintage charm of this large piece. Vintage Farmhouse, Shabby Chic, Cottage Core, Mid Century style.
