Slightly scratched and my dog did some slite biting damage as seen in the second photo. Work great! I no longer have the box but I can only recall using them myself a handful of times so I would consider the quality close to brand new. Case is included & I am happy to share serial number before purchase. I am currently purchases in the middle of finding a new job so I am just looking to sell them to pay some bills.
