There is a scratch on the side that is not visible when wearing it, as pictured. It will come with the charger, silicone band, the nylon sports loop that matches the watch, a leather band I bought off of Amazon and a rose gold case protector. I will also ship them in apple cases, however they are not the cases they came in, they are from another watch we own.
