The size is Asian Large, I'm a US xs-small and it still fits me pretty well!! It's a little big but it still works out, the back of the top stretches and the skirt is really stretchy so I'm sure it can fit someone purchases who's a US large. The only issue are the gloves because they're still a bit tight on me. It comes with everything shown. If you'd like a wig it'll be an extra $20.
