Like new because the box is wore out but the rest has not been used the vacuum has never been used, purchases but the box has like tape and stuff on it, the vacuum works perfectly, Robot vacuum is best on hard floor or hard surfaces doesn't works that nice on carpet, has a mopping feature and can sweep a room, the vacuum turns when it bumps into things also, will be packed with bubble wrap with care.
