You are looking at a new-ish (only used once...) Jayflex Ryze up pull up set. These mount to your door frame to off load purchases your body weight into that area and allow for pull ups in places where it can be hard to work out. I bought this during the pandemic, and it did not play well with my living situation. So hopefully I can pass them on to someone who'll actually use them!.
