The strap goes around the side/back of the raised seats to allow you to use secure "Bus style" seating or have both of the seats back to back (with 2 straps; this listing is for one strap). Super secure and much more stable than most of the other hacks available online. The strap is adjustable and fits with all W series wagons with removable seats.
