Comes with headset and wire. NO CHARGER OR CASE! Bought a new pair of Beats and no longer need these! They are great headphones for both wired and wireless use. The earpads are a replacement I purchased on Amazon after the originals started to fade. (Barely used after earpads were purchases replaced!) The wire looks pretty janky but it works just fine. Flaws are as shown in the pics. Message with any questions/concerns!.
